Seasonal Vaccine Appointment Requests
Â鶹¹ÙÍø Student Health Services is offering seasonal vaccinations to the Â鶹¹ÙÍø community!
Registered Â鶹¹ÙÍø students without health insurance can receive the flu vaccine at no cost. All other vaccines require health insurance. Â鶹¹ÙÍø faculty, staff, and other affiliates must have health insurance to receive any vaccines. No co-pay is required.

How to Request an Appointment
- Select your preferred week from the available options towards the bottom of this page.
- You will be directed to Â鶹¹ÙÍø Campus Connects, where you can select your preferred date and time and answer a few required questions. If you do not have a Campus Connects account, you will be prompted to create one.
- After submitting your request, Student Health Services will review it and send a confirmation email from health-services@neiu.edu once your appointment is approved.
Office Hours
To better accommodate the schedules of students, faculty, and staff, Student Health Services (SHS) is temporarily extending its office hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until 7:00 p.m. through the end of the fall semester, with the last appointment at 6:30 p.m.
Our regular appointment hours are Mondays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (last appointment at 3:30 p.m.) and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. (last appointment at 1:00 p.m.).

Important Information Â鶹¹ÙÍø Appointment Requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from Student Health Services.
After submitting your request, Campus Connects will automatically display a message stating that you have been "registered" for the event. This is a default system message and does not mean your appointment has been confirmed.
